What is really going on here

I am not a blogger, at all. One time last year I wanted to start a web site as an outlet for some of my more absurd thoughts, so I signed up for a 2-year web hosting service and paid, I think, $166 for it, but got impatient with it, as I tend to do, and gave up right away. If anyone wants my sweet sweet domain name, SirLointips. org–and why wouldn’t you–I’m selling it for $266. Actually, I just tried the link and it doesn’t work. But if you could pay me, say, $366 anyway, that would be good.
